Das Smart Teknoloji ("Şirket"), siber güvenlik danışmanlığı, sızma testi, yönetim sistemleri denetimi, yapay zeka çözümleri ve ARGUS AI platform hizmetleri sunmaktadır. Sunulan tüm hizmetler dijital nitelikte olup fiziksel ürün teslimatı içermez.
İşbu Teslimat ve İade Koşulları, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'ne uygun olarak hazırlanmıştır.
Siber güvenlik test raporları, denetim raporları, danışmanlık çıktıları ve ARGUS AI tarama sonuçları gibi tüm hizmet çıktıları dijital formatta (PDF, HTML, JSON) teslim edilir. Teslimat, müşterinin belirttiği e-posta adresine veya ARGUS AI portal üzerinden yapılır.
Satın alınan dijital ürünler (tarama kredisi, rapor paketi vb.) ödeme onayını takiben hesabınıza anında tanımlanır ve kullanıma hazır hale gelir.
6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'un 15. maddesi ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 13. maddesi uyarınca, dijital içerik ve hizmetlerde cayma hakkı, hizmetin ifasına başlandıktan sonra sona erer. Şirketimiz, müşteri memnuniyeti ilkesi gereği aşağıdaki koşullarda iade imkanı sunmaktadır:
6502 sayılı Kanun kapsamında sahip olduğunuz tüketici hakları saklıdır. Uyuşmazlık durumunda, tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvuru hakkınız bulunmaktadır. İzmir ilindeki yetkili tüketici hakem heyeti ve mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

This page sets out the delivery and return conditions for the digital products and services offered by Das Smart Teknoloji. By purchasing a service, you are deemed to have accepted the following conditions.
Das Smart Teknoloji (the "Company") provides cybersecurity consulting, penetration testing, management systems auditing, artificial intelligence solutions, and ARGUS AI platform services. All services offered are digital in nature and do not involve the delivery of physical products.
These Delivery and Returns Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
All service outputs, including cybersecurity test reports, audit reports, consulting deliverables, and ARGUS AI scan results, are delivered in digital format (PDF, HTML, JSON). Delivery is made to the customer's specified email address or via the ARGUS AI portal.
Purchased digital products (scan credits, report packages, etc.) are credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation and become ready for use.
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 13 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal for digital content and services terminates once the service has begun performance. In line with our customer satisfaction principle, our Company offers the possibility of a refund under the following conditions:
Your consumer rights under Law No. 6502 are reserved. In the event of a dispute, you have the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts. The competent consumer arbitration committee and courts in İzmir province have jurisdiction.
