KVKK m.11 kapsamındaki taleplerinizi, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ'e uygun olarak aşağıdaki yöntemlerle iletebilirsiniz:You may submit your requests under KVKK Art. 11 in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller through the following methods:

Başvurular en geç 30 (otuz) gün içinde sonuçlandırılır (KVKK m.13/2). Veri Sorumlusu, talebin niteliğine göre ücret talep etme hakkını saklı tutar.Applications shall be concluded within 30 (thirty) days at the latest (KVKK Art. 13/2). The Data Controller reserves the right to charge a fee depending on the nature of the request.

8. Veri Güvenliği8. Data Security

KVKK m.12 uyarınca, kişisel verilerin hukuka aykırı olarak işlenmesini önlemek, verilere hukuka aykırı olarak erişilmesini engellemek ve verilerin muhafazasını sağlamak amacıyla uygun güvenlik düzeyini temin etmeye yönelik gerekli teknik ve idari tedbirler alınmaktadır.Pursuant to KVKK Art. 12, necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unlawful access to data, and ensure the preservation of data.
